We want to hear about security problems in Valcryptia systems. Please report them privately and give us reasonable time to fix them before any public disclosure.

In scope

• The Valcryptia website at valcryptia.com
• The Zyverix Telegram bot
• The self-audit tool on this website

Out of scope

• Denial-of-service and volumetric testing
• Social engineering of people, and physical attacks
• Third-party platforms we depend on (report those to their owners)
• Accessing, changing or keeping other people’s data

Rules of engagement

• Test only with your own accounts and data.
• If you reach someone else’s data, stop and report it immediately.
• Collect the minimum proof needed to demonstrate the issue.
• Do not publish details before we fix the issue or 90 days pass, whichever comes first.

How to report

Email support@valcryptia.com with steps to reproduce and the impact. We aim to acknowledge reports within 3 business days and will credit you if you wish. Rewards: No bounty program at this time.

Good-faith research

We will not pursue legal action against research that follows this policy. This good-faith clause is subject to legal review before being relied upon.
